Step 3) overcome and letting go

Letting go

All obstacles are part of our own proces and we should use them to elevate ourselves mentally and emotionally. With the promise of lowering the negative effect those obstacles have on you, you must let them go. But this doesn´t come natural to us humans.

We have instinctive reactions drive us to avoid or fight against obstacles that stops our progress. By doing so, you unknowingly give them more control over your thoughts, feelings and actions.

 

Letting go of them on a mental and emotional level will help you to take back that control. Even though it stops you momentarily, you will experience that it becomes increasingly easier to follow through.
